Are you a handy-man (or woman)? NWCC needs volunteers to occasionally help build/maintain enclosures, as well as help with special projects for programs, such as bird houses, or egg smashers.
Educational volunteers help with outreach; from going into schools to help with after-school care programs to events in, and around, Nashville, or to community centers. Volunteers must pay for and pass a background check before being able to go to programs with children.
We need volunteers to help us develop take-home materials for programs, flyers, and similar projects.
